The company vision is to be the leading E & P independent in the region. Mitra Energy Limited (Mitra) is the Operator of 4 offshore PSC s in Indonesia. Due to an expansion in activities, Mitra has a need to fill the following staff vacancies:

Senior Budget & Reporting Coordinator (MEL11 â€" BR)

Female, the candidate should hold an S1 level degree, or higher, in Economics or Accountancy, and have a minimum of 10 years working experience in the Accounting Department of an Indonesian PSC contractor reporting to BPMIGAS. The Senior Budget & Reporting Coordinator reports to the Finance Controller and is responsible for 1) preparing the PSC s annual work programme & budgets along with submission to .BPMIGAS, Mitra management and partners, 2) monitoring the budget and actual expenditures variance, 3) tracking project costs, 4) preparing and submitting AFE s for partner/BPMIGAS approval along with the close-out AFE reporting to BPMIGAS, and 5) maintaining the Asset Management system.

The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and be computer literate with the Microsoft Office software suite and specialized accounting software like OGWIN or SUN Accounting system.
