Some of the problems of education, especially in areas such as 3T is the problem of educators, such as a shortage of (Shortage), uneven distribution (Unbalanced distribution), qualified under the standards (under qualification), less competent (low competencies), as well as the mismatch between qualifications education with a field Amnestied (mismatched). Another problem in education is the school dropout rate is still relatively high, while school participation rates are still low.
As part of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia to improve the quality of education in the region need to be managed specifically 3T and earnest, particularly in overcoming these problems, so the 3T can be developed along parallel with other areas. This is of special concern the Ministry of National Education, considering the 3T has a strategic role in strengthening national resilience and integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia.
Ministry of National Education Policy in the acceleration of the development of education in the area of ​​3T, the Forward Together Feeding Program Indonesia. This program includes (1) Professional Teacher Education Program Integrated with Additional Authority (PPGT), (2) Educate Graduate Program in Regional 3T (BC-3T), (3) Field Work Experience Program in Area 3T-and PPGT (KKN-3T PPGT), (4) Professional Teacher Education Program Program Integration Collaborative (Collaborative PPGT), (5) S-1 Education Program with Additional Authority (S-1 KKT). These programs are the answer to overcome the various problems of education in the area of ​​3T.
BC-3T program as one of the Forward Together Feeding Programme Indonesia addressed to the Bachelor of Education who has not served as a teacher, to be assigned for one year at 3T area. BC-3T Program is intended to help overcome the shortage of teachers, as well as preparing candidates for professional teacher a strong, independent, and have a caring attitude towards others, and has a soul to educate the children of the nation, in order to move forward together to achieve lofty ideals such as those mandated by the founder of the Indonesian nation.
General Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from education studies. Graduated past 4 years (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) from an accredited program study, and in accordance with the required subjects
- GPA min 2.75
- Health as evidenced by a medical certificate
- Free of narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances (drugs) as evidenced by a letter from the authorized
- Have a good character as evidenced by a certificate from the police (SKCK)
- Not married and willing not married for the assignment.
- Have the motivation and high spirit of dedication
- Able to adapt to conditions in the 3T
- Preferred have experienced in student organizations
