A Foreign Investment Company (PMA JAPAN) manufacturing is located in Industrial Estate MM 2100, Cibitung, West Java. We specialize in the manufacturer of oil seals for the bearing industry. Bearings are used in various applications including automotive, electronic and general industries. Bearings require lubricant to function properly and to extend the life of the bearing. In order to retain lubricant inside the bearing, oil seals are required.  We invites dedicated and talented to join our team for person to fill:

Personnel Admin & Payroll Staff (Code: PA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in Management, Psychology or related discipline, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Female, Maximum age 25 years old.
• 1 â€" 2 years experience specializing in payroll and personnel administration system or parallel function in manufacturing industry is advantage.
• Sharp, analytic and good communication skill are preferable
• Detail oriented, dynamic and highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency with Window-based computer software, including database & HR System.
