Lowongan Kerja 2012 PT Intex Telecom Systems Indonesia sebagai FLM Engineer – Through its strategic partnership with local business executives in the country and the strength of its local affiliate, PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa, it has positioned itself in the Indonesian telecommunications industry catering to mobile telecom operators and vendors alike offering its services that encompass SitAc (Site Acquisition), CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Work, TI (Telecom Implementation), ITC (Integration, Testing and Commissioning), Core Network, NPO (Network Planning and Optimization), Managed Services and other value added work and projects. We are currently seeking:

FLM Engineer â€" Bali

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24 x 7 monitoring for Node B and flexi hopper equipment
• Monitor sites from Integration until customer cluster acceptance
• Receive Integration tickets or reports from NOC
• Create sites into Intex  tracker database
• Continuously checks of Node B alarms Minor/Major/Critical, AXC / SAXC & Flexihopper DCN functionality, RNC alarms related to Node B WBTS
• Evaluate site issues and severity, then immediately escalate to cluster FLM engineers
• Monitor sites using, OSS Alarm Monitoring Applications, Application Launcher Object Browser, Application Launcher RNW Fault Management for alarms, drop calls, cell availability, uplink / downlink, hand over success
• View creation of integrated sites when required
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to field engineers
• Remotely Attempt to resolve site issues for BTS, Flexihopper, AXC and DCN prior to escalation
• Follow up site issues with field technicians and update tickets
• Provide regular updates to performance teams, FLM coordinator and NOC management
• Escalate None Node B, Flexihopper and DCN issues to Nokia if found (escalation process)
• Update trouble tickets with as much details as possible
• Remote support for drive test teams with site blocking & parameter modifications
• Change request management according to NOC processes

Requirements:

• Max 27 years of age
• Min D3/S1-graduate from reputable local universities majoring in telecommunication/electro engineering faculty
• Having experience telecommunication field more than 3 years. Technical expertise in Siemens and NSN 2G/3G.
• Having good personality and able to work with team under time and cost constraints
• Able to climb tower, working in high position, Good attitude and perfomance
• Excellent communication skills in English for both oral and written
• Able to work with pc/laptop and familiar with windows os, and microsoft offce and Visio
• able to dispatch as regional engineer
• ability to trace and modify software to localize the faults and have strong knowledge on various technologies supported by NSN. (UMTS, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, GSM etc)
• Proficient in operating of RF Test Instrument, such as Spectrum Analyzer, SDH Analyzer, RF Power Meter, Site Master etc.
