 Business Strategy Enginner

Job Description:

Responsible for corporate strategic planning, data gathering Macro and Micro, perform SWOT analysis, preparation of key performance indicators, performance controls, create reports and the Division of the Department work program and to facilitate the process of alignment between units in order to improve company performance.

Technical Requirements:

• Has the basics of technical ability to service Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• Understanding of the organizational structure and business processes
• Know the concepts of competition and competitors
• Understand the quantities in the financial statements mainly on Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Income Statements
• Mastering MS Office
• Mastering how to strategize the company
• Mastering the concept of balance scorecard
• Experience min 1 year in the same field

 Non-Technical Requirements:

• Have communication skills
• Active English Ability
• Have presentation skills
• Fast learning
• Initiative & innovation
• Analytical ability and a good conceptual
• The ability to adapt to work environment
• Ability to cooperate

 Education Requirements:

• S1 – Industrial Engineering / SMB, preferably S2 Business Management / Strategic
• Minimum GPA: S1 – 2.9; S2 – 3.3
