Deskripsi Kerja:
-Assist the HR team in delivering full spectrum of Human Resources services
-Handle HR administration work, provide support and advise to employees as required
-Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee HR database and confidential personal files
-Plan, develop, manage and administer training programs for employees
-Assist in orientation and induction program for new employees

Persyaratan:
-At least 2 year experience in HR, preferably in training
-Familiar with full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, manpower regulations, etc)
-Good command in written and spoken English
-IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-Meticulous, organized with an eye for details
-Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude
-Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
