Field Control Assistant Manager – Jakarta

Responsibility

• Field Control: Check display & promotion implementation, evaluate implementation by  branch by dealers
• Training: Make training tool, salesman seminar, support dealer salesman OJT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
• Have experience in same filed, in Electronic/ lighting company is an advantage.
• Sales company institution experience is preferred.
• Self-driven, result-oriented with positive outlook and a clear focus on high perform.
• Creative, attractive and persuasive.
• Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal Skill.
• Ability to work under pressure and highly result oriented.
• Fluent in both spoken/written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in using computer based office Ms. Office
