Responsibilities:

• Create the analysis from legality and operational aspects associate with industrial relations
• Managing Industrial Relations

Requirements:

• Male, Single, max. age 25 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Law or Legal from reputable university with min. GPA 3,00
• Have experience min. 0-1 year as an Industrial Relation
• Having knowledge about Industrial Relation Management
• Excellent in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Power point)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsible, have strong personality, strong analytical thinking, strong in problem solving, and high drive for result
• Excellent in communication, helpful, and easy to adapt

Senior Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase of import material
• Manage clearance process
• Manage clearance cost
• Manage relationship supplier and government institution
• Manage supplier evaluation

Requirements:

• Male or Female, single or married, maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering (preferable) or Food Technology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00
• Have 4 years experience in Procurement or Purchasing area (1 year in import buyer area)
• Good in negotiation and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill, well organized, detail, and strong in data analysis
• Honest, strong personality, and high drive for result

Quality Assurance Unit Head
Jakarta Raya - Plant (Cakung, Jakarta Timur)
Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the admission process material or packaging
• Control the production process

Requirements:

• Single or Married, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Industrial Engineering with min. GPA 2,75
• Have strong personality, good in communication skill, high integrity
• Excellent in team work, high drive for result, good integrity, and willing to learn something new
• Would be place in Plant (Cakung, Jakarta Timur)

Product Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor integrated marketing plan to build Brand Equity

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Single maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Management, or Chemical Engineering with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
• Have experience min 5 years in marketing or handling and develop product
• Have strong personality, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail
• Good in communication, creative, and high drive for result.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to all admission process in plant
• Responsible for all Raw Material and Packaging Material process (RMPM)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Single or Married, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Chemical Engineering or Food Technology with min. GPA 3,00
• Have experience min. 3 years in Quality Assurance process
• Have knowledge about ISO 9000 and ISO 22000
• Have knowledge about food and auditing process
• Have strong leadership and have experience in handling team
• High drive for result, detail, good integrity, and can work under pressure
