Serving as an integrated coal producer, the Bayan Group has its own coal loading infrastructure. It owns the largest coal terminal in Indonesia known as the Balikpapan Coal Terminal located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with a throughput capacity of 15 million metric tones per annum and a stockpiling capacity of approximately one million tones across 16 stockpiles. It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT) , making the Bayan Group an exceptional integrated coal producer. It is also the only coal producer in the country to operate a Floating Transfer-Station that can be moved to take advantage of the location with the greatest demand or to avoid bad weather and can be positioned to load capsize vessels. These infrastructure assets complement the logistical aspects of the Bayan Group’s business and at the same time, provide benefits to take advantage of ample mining opportunities. Whenever capacity permits, these infrastructure assets are also readily utilized by third parties from whom the Bayan Group receives a secondary source of income.

Marine Engineer ( Code ME)
Scope of Job :

• Responsible with all the Engine and Electrical  works on board
• Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years  of experiences in similar capacity
• Education from Marine polytechnic
• Having certificate   off ATT II or  ATT III
• Having BST,SCRB,AFF,MA in Certication of professionalisms

Qualification :

• Male, Age between 30-40
• Computer literate ( Ms Office )
• Good proficiency in English
• Willing to work outside Jakarta

ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
(Code : ENV-SPV/0510)
Scope of Job:

• Responsible in supervising and administer the implementation process of  Environment activities such as reclamation, revegation, hazards & pollutions in surrounding operation of work area to create alertness and optimally maintain skills of Environment
• Conduct environment manage and monitoring to fulfill environment quality standard that has been required

Requirements:

• Having experience minimum of 4 years in similar capacity
• Understand mine regulation and in Environment
• Having certified in HSE professionalism (Ahli K3) would be preferred
• Understand  waste management, revegetation, reclamation, ANDAL, RKL, RPL
• Able to analyze safety & mine equipment availability, prepare ANDAL report
• Male, age between 28 â€" 40 years old

Qualifications:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
• Able to prepare report and conduct the presentation of Environment & Safety
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written

Systems Administrator â€" Communications Systems
General Qualification :

• LAN systems â€" Extensive experience working with switches in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco switches, CatOS, hierarchical LANs, VLANs and LAN QoS.
• WAN systems â€" Extensive experience working with routers in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco routers, IOS, Cisco 3-layer internetwork model and WAN QoS.
• TCP/IP systems â€" Extensive experience working with TCP/IP in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with routing protocols, network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN, and TCP/IP network management.
• Wireless, VoIP, VSAT, fibre optics and related technologies.
• Two-Way Radio systems â€" Experience working with corporate grade two-way radio systems in remote site environments.

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT OFFICER
(Code : HSE-C/0110)
Scope of Job:
Responsible in supervising and administer the implementation process of Health, Safety & Environment activities in surrounding operation of work area to create alertness and optimally maintain skills of HSE
Conduct environment manage and monitoring to fulfill environment quality standard that has been required

Requirements:

• Having experience minimum of 4 years in similar capacity
• Understand mine regulation and HSE (particularly in Environment)
• Having certified in HSE professionalism (Ahli K3) would be preferred
• Understand basic first aid, basic work safety (tools, prevention, action), waste management, revegetation, reclamation, ANDAL, RKL, RPL
• Able to analyze safety & mine equipment availability, prepare ANDAL report
• Male, age between 28 â€" 40 years old

Qualifications:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering
• Communicative and able to work as a team

FINANCIAL ANALYST / MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as Financial Analyst for a leading mining group
• Indonesian National
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have significant experience of building financial models in Excel
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• The successful candidate will also be performing management accounting functions
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in the mining industry
• Preference will be given to candidates to have earned the right to use the CFA designation

DOCTOR

Job Location : Kalimantan Timur & Kalimantan Selatan
Scope of Job:

• Responsible in Clinic of Company
• Medical examination and medical treatment of employees
• Responsible to advise hygienic matters and nutrient intake for employees.

Requirements:

• Having experience minimum of 3 years as a Corporate Doctor
• Having HYPERKES certification would be preferred
• Expert as a Medical Practitioner and knowledgeable in Medical
