ISO (9001:2008) Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Superior in maintaining Acer Customer Service Management System (ACMS) consistently which comply with ISO 9001:2008 requirements, and facilitating culture of quality and continuous improvement in Acer Customer Service.
  • Assist Superior in arranging ACMS documentation in order to ensure the quality manual, procedures, and work instruction are aligned with ISO requirement.
  • Assist Superior in conducting internal quality audit in order to ensure every internal auditor has appropriate auditing competency.
  • Assist departments in implementation of Acer Care Management System so as to ensure each procedures and work instructions are complied by every department.Facilitate and assist Quality Improvement Team in achieving
  • improvement projects.
  • Assist Superior in monitoring the implementation of Service Standard in order to be aligned with the agreed procedure.


Requirements:

  • Male, maximum age 32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or Technical,
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in quality management system (ISO 9001:2008) preferably from Service Industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Having a teaching skill will be advantage

General Affair Executive
Job Purpose :
to handle all GA administration task and business trip arrangement to ensure the smoothness of daily operation and services excellence for all Acer Staff

Job Responsibility :

  • Verify all incoming invoice in order to ensure that all invoice & supporting documents are valid and in line with procedure
  • Produce official letters (visa, letter of employment, glasses application, passport etc.) in order to meet user needed
  • Control & monitor the utility of meeting room, office stationary, water and sundry in order to ensure the usage of them effective and efficient
  • Administer all  GA transaction process (telephone & electricity bill, toll, petrol, etc.)  in order to record data accurately.
  • Assist superior in maintain Acer office facility (equipment, furniture, building, etc) to support daily operation
  • Arrange business trip from ticketing until accomodation to ensure the smoothness of the process


Qualification :

  • Female, maximum 33 years old, good appearance
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Administration/ Management/ Accounting with minimum GPA of 3,0
  • Experienced in GA administration with deep exposure in business travel arrangement & claim processing
  • Experienced handling administration tasks (claim processing & verification, letters, filling, etc.)

System Specialist
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, test, and monitor business applications, including
  • coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet users' requirement and expectations
  • Monitor the business benefit in order to realize process improvements
  • Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance to standard methodology and follow the best practice
  • Maintain business production system (applications, interfaces, workflow, alert, etc.) to support the availability and continuity of business operation
  • Monitor the business production system performance to ensure user/customer satisfaction
  • Follow up and resolve user request and issue from assignment to completion
  • Provide business process consultancy to the business users in order to seek for better business solution
  • Train users to work with computer systems and applications

Social Media & Community Program Specialist
Manage to leverage Acer's image as a corporate to the social media & key community
Job-Desc :

  • Coordinate Acer community and non-Acer community activity (online and offline).
  • Develop appreciation program for Acer community
  • Develop digital campaign with cooperation with Marketing Communication team
  • Maintain social media channel, includes: editorial plan, complaint handling, blog review
  • Evaluate, Report and Analyze social media channel growth and challenges.
  • Connected and has strong network to online and offline community


Qualification :

  • Male/Female, max. 33 years old
  • Has a presence in social media
  • Experienced handling community with strong exposure in IT/hardware industry
  • Possess good hospitality, combination of PR and customer service.
  • Possess the ability to write, crafting messages, and customer complaint handling.

Temporary Sales Admin/Support (4 months)
Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer sales promotion program claim
  • Monitor consumer's slow moving stock (aging)
  • Monitor sells thru distributor
  • Monitor sales activity budget
  • Provide report of sales promotion program claim


Requirements:

  • Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Willing to work temporarily for 4 months and ready to work immediately
  • Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University
  • Min. 2 years experience in handling administration in sales/marketing support, or finance
  • Having good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Excel


Trade Marketing Specialist
Roles & Responsibility :

  • Execute and monitor the implementation of marcom programs which relates to
  • BTL based on user request to support  related dept (i.e Sales, CSD) in
  • promoting Acer products to be in line with company objectives
  • Assist Marketing team in setting up a program of promotion to be in line with the objective of the promotion of Acer products.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and related department (user) in preparing promotion material (billboard/BTL) to ensure the message delivered is clear and aligned with the product promotion.
  • Brief the appointed agency in designing promotion layout (billboard/BTL) to ensure the objective, target, and communication model are delivered and in line with company key message.
  • Collaborate with agencies for Billboard placement (including location survey) to ensure the Billboard is placed in the expected/right/strategic location.
  • Coordinate with Marcom team in distributing material promotion (POP, etc) in order to ensure the material promotion distributed widely to all territory in Indonesia
  • Execute branding activities in 1st tier & 2nd tier location which relates to Sales team projects so as to support the achievement of sales target.
  • Provide sales redemption counter in appointed location in order to support sales program to achieve sales target
  • Coordinate with other related department (i.e Sales, CSD, business
  • Development, etc) in placement of BTL (billoboard, banner etc) in order to ensure the placement is in the right location & position and in line with company dirrection
  • Visit Acer stores regularly in order to ensure all the material promotion (BTL) is on good conditions and to get any update related to material promotion (BTL) for  making the next action plan
  • Maintain Acer's BTL assets in order to prepare regularly budget for next branding activities to get superior's approval.


Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Communication
  • Male/Female with maximum age of 35 years old
  • Experienced handling BTL with exposure in Hardware/IT Industry, preferably
  • from agency
  • Detail oriented, thorough and creative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

Service Development Executive (cum Sales)
Responsibilities:

  • Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center &
  • Warranty database
  • Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
  • Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
  • Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
  • Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
  • Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care


Requirements:

  • Female, minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales activities or service center in IT / Electronic / consumer electronic
  • Speaks Mandarin is an advantage
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
